Fixture does not illuminate
• Ensure the system is wired correctly.
• Verify polaries are correct.
• Ensure a compable constant voltage dimmable xture is installed.
• Ensure a compable constant voltage driver is installed.
• Ensure the driver and xture have the same voltage speciaons (12V & 12V, or 24V & 24V).
Fixture does not dim
• Ensure a compable constant voltage dimmable xture is installed.
• Ensure remote is paired with receiver.
Fixture is ashing or ickering
• Verify a compable constant voltage driver is installed.
• Ensure a compable constant voltage dimmable xture is installed.
• Ensure all connecons are properly secured.
• Ensure no more than a single controller is aached to each driver output.
Fixture is slowly ashing
• Ensure driver is not overloaded. An overloaded driver will cause the internal auto-reset of the driver
to trip repeatedly.
Correct colors are not illuminang
• Verify the correct leads are connected to the correct terminals on the receiver.
• Ensure potenal leads at opposing end of xture are not crossed.
Unable to pair remote with receiver
• Ensure the baery of the remote is not drained.
• Read the installaon instrucons on page 1 thoroughly.
• Reset the receiver to factory sengs.
Remote Operation
Speed / Brightness Adjustment
Adjust stac brightness or dynamic mode speed
(15 stac brightness or 7 speed levels).
Touch Pad
Adjusts Kelvin (color temperature).
Dynamic Mode
Fades from warm to cool kelvin. Use
(+) and (-) to adjust 7 speed levels.

Troubleshooting
Prior to troubleshoong, ensure a compable system is installed. Verify compable xtures, drivers, controls and addional components were specied
correctly.
For addional quesons/concerns, contact technical support. Please have all part numbers on hand for fast and ecient technical assistance.
Determine the number of low voltage outputs of the driver when installing mulple PWM controllers. No more than one PWM controller can be aached to
a single output of the driver.
